​How Do I place an order?
​When you arrive at Kozy Corn Sacks, you will be on the home page. Click the "Shop" category, select the corn sack(s) of your choice, then choose your free case for each choice, then click "add to cart". At this point you can continue to shop, perhaps an extra case or two, check for specials and then check out using most credit cards.

Do I really get a FREE Case?
​
YES!!! You get a FREE Case with EACH Corn Sack you purchase. (That does not include the Hand Warmers as the corn is filled into printed fabric sacks - no ticking.) Please note on your invoice an alternative pattern if we are out of stock on your first choice. After a few uses, body oils, grit and grime build up on the case, especially with multiple users. We highly recommend purchasing at least one additional case, so you will have a fresh one to use while one is in the laundry. Check for any case special promotions.

Payment and Shipping
​
Credit and Debit cards are accepted via the web site and POS. After payment is approved, your purchase will go to the shipping area where your products are packaged for shipping. If you are in the 40-mile radius and would prefer to pay in cash, please call (417) 293-2229. I will take your order and make arrangements for pick up or delivery.
​
Shipping is done by USPS calculations on size of Flat Rate Boxes for all orders outside of our 40-mile local area radius. FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more. Order must process to a single US address only. Excludes Oversized packaging. There is no signature required unless requested.
There is no shipping cost for local purchases within the 40-mile radius, there is a $2.00 delivery charge. Delivery will be arranged with each local customer.
Your products will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail unless stated otherwise. We normally ship within 3 business days. Saturday, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
​
All USPS Mail Shipments include tracking numbers that are relayed to you at the time of shipping.

Returns & Refunds?
​​​Any items damaged due to shipping will be replaced. Proof of shipping damage is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us within 14 days, keep all damaged product, shipping materials and follow instructions listed below. Also, if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us immediately. If you want to return your Kozy Corn Sack purchase, you have 30 days from the mailing date to advise us of the return. At that time, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number ( RAN ) via email. This number is to be placed inside of the package and handwritten on the outside of the package before mailing the return product. Approved refunds or replacement product will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
​Missing Deliveries?
​It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate, secure address for delivery. If your tracking number indicates your order was delivered to the provided address, and you are unable to locate your package please contact the carrier. We are not responsible for replacing a missing package if proof of delivery has been made.

​Custom and Holiday orders are welcome with a 50% deposit. Please send an e mail or call with your request. These orders will be processed in office. You will receive a customized invoice for approval and payment.​​​

How long do I put it in the microwave for?
​
Large & Medium Corn Sacks, Large (Adult) Neck Sack:
4 minutes maximum starting at room temperature, it gets very hot.
​
Lumbar Sacks 3 minutes.
*Note: Because the corn is evenly divided into 8 or 10 channels, these two sacks hold the heat or cold for about 1 1/2 hours, compared to the 4 hours or more on the bulk filled sacks.

Small Corn Sack and Medium Neck Sack: Maximum 3 minutes
​
Small and X Small Neck Sacks: 2 to 3 minutes
​
NOTE: Check heat before applying to body area. If too hot it can burn the skin. You can use a dish towel, or other light cloth as a barrier while it cools down. There are no control buttons or switches, so please use some common sense when using the heated corn sacks.

Hand Warmers: 2 minutes MAX.
​
Why 100% Cotton Fabric?
Any other fabric has a greater risk of getting too hot, even catching on fire in the microwave. 100% cotton is the safest fabric to use for the inner sack (ticking) and outer case.
Does the corn ever pop?
​
You will hear an occasional pop the first few times you use
your corn sack. But you will not have Popcorn!
​
Does the corn sack have an odor?
​
The first few months it might smell a bit like popcorn, "yum".
​
What happens if the corn sack gets wet?
​
The slipcover is washable, NOT the corn sack. If it has minor dampness, let air dry for a day then microwave as normal. If it is very wet it will need to be discarded, the corn cannot recover and will rot.

Can the corn sack be used as a cold pack?
​
Yes, you can keep it in the freezer (great for inflammation and headaches), and it also helps to extend the life of the corn sack when not in use. It is a gentle, pleasant cold. Not harsh!
​
How long will the corn sack last?
​
Using outer cases extends the life of the corn sack as it is a barrier blocking body oils, dirt and grime from building up on the inner casing. Many customers report theirs lasting well over 10 years before needing to be replaced. That is a great ROI!!!!

What about using them for pets?
​
Perfect for warming pet beds. Heat, then cover with a towel or light throw when placed in the sleeping quarters. The towel/throw creates a barrier, while extending the warmth time.

How long does the corn sack stay warm?
​
If you put the corn sack under the covers it will stay warm 4-6 hours sometimes longer. The lumbar corn sacks last for approximately 1 1/2 hours depending on body weight and condition
